AI Training Scenario Library
Created a comprehensive library of customer interaction scenarios with predefined evaluation criteria to accelerate agent learning and onboarding.
We partnered with Indigital, a Tokyo-based digital transformation company, to design, develop, and deploy a Medical AI Chatbot-an intelligent, real-time assistant built to support pet owners and caregivers with veterinary medical information.
Pet owners and veterinary caregivers often struggle to find accurate and trustworthy medical information online. Indigital needed a solution capable of processing large volumes of unstructured veterinary content, understanding natural language queries, and delivering reliable, context-aware responses in real time while minimizing misinformation.
We developed an AI-powered veterinary chatbot using advanced NLP, vector search, and GPT-based language models. The solution ingests and indexes veterinary documents, retrieves the most relevant information through semantic search, and generates accurate, context-rich responses. This provides users with instant access to trusted medical guidance through an intuitive and scalable chat interface.
