Calque offers homeowners a Purchase Price Guarantee (essentially, a competing offer to their own home). With the backup offer in place, our lending partners are able to use that as a basis for writing non-contingent offers on the following home, effectively treating the current home as already sold. That change has an easier time streamlining and enhancing the homebuying journey for homeowners, agents and loan officers from beginning to end.
