Accurate client data and clear communication are vital for strong investor relationships. The existing reporting system failed to properly identify contact roles and relied on fragmented data sources, limiting the ability to engage securely and effectively. By modernizing the data platform, integrating role-based access controls, and enabling targeted newsletter distribution, we enhanced engagement, improved operational efficiency, and strengthened data security.
The existing reporting framework could not distinguish contact roles, limiting personalized communication and engagement. Fragmented data across multiple systems also created challenges in maintaining data accuracy, accessibility, and secure report distribution.
Developed a unified and secure reporting platform that accurately manages contact roles, centralizes client data, enables targeted newsletter communication, and provides role-based access control to improve security, efficiency, and user experience.
