Newcleus, a leader in compensation, retirement, and financial advisory services, provides qualified and non-qualified compensation benefit solutions to clients across private, public, and non-profit sectors. Their proprietary MINTS platform offers a unified client portal to streamline plan execution and ongoing management. Our engagement with Newcleus focused on developing a web-based application for managing internal operations related to policies, payments, and commissions. The frontend was developed using React JS and Material UI, while the backend was powered by .NET Core 8 Web APIs. The application was securely deployed and hosted on Microsoft Azure.
