The Challenge

ViaSat needed to ensure the continuous availability and reliability of its critical IT services, which support essential satellite communication operations. The Solution

Designed and implemented a cloud-based service availability monitoring solution using AWS serverless technologies and Grafana dashboards. The platform provided real-time monitoring, automated alerting, service health tracking, and performance analytics across critical systems.
