The challenge
Radiologists were using disconnected systems for communication, workflow management, and patient follow-up tracking, creating inefficiencies across the care journey. Critical follow-up recommendations were often missed or delayed, while sharing sensitive imaging data through external channels introduced security and compliance risks. The organization needed a unified, HIPAA-compliant platform that could streamline workflows, enable secure collaboration, and ensure timely patient care.

Developed a secure, all-in-one communication and workflow platform tailored for radiologists and healthcare providers. The solution combined structured reporting workflows, AI-powered follow-up tracking, real-time collaboration tools, and secure exam sharing within a HIPAA-compliant environment. By centralizing communication and automating follow-up management, the platform reduced missed recommendations, improved care coordination, and enhanced patient outcomes across hospitals and imaging centers.
