We partnered with Strike health to transform radiology communication and patient follow-up processes through a secure, real-time desktop solution. The initiative aimed to bridge communication gaps, streamline workflows, and enable safe sharing of sensitive medical data.

To create a unified, secure, and intelligent communication platform for radiologists-integrating structured workflows, AI-driven follow-up tracking, and real-time collaboration. Their goal was to streamline communication, reduce missed follow-ups, and improve patient outcomes across hospitals and imaging centres.
Scenario
Bridging the Gap Between Radiologists and Timely Care
Radiologists were relying on fragmented tools for communication, workflow management, and patient follow-up tracking. This led to delays, missed follow-ups, and security concerns when sharing sensitive exam data externally. The requirement was for a HIPAA-compliant, all-in-one solution capable of real-time collaboration and secure data sharing.
What we did
We designed and delivered tailored digital solutions-including a cardiac care app
We built a secure, HIPAA-compliant desktop application using Electron, Vue.js, and Vuetify, integrating Azure Communication Services for calls, SMS, and transcription. We developed a dynamic workflow engine with real-time updates via SignalR and WebSockets, enabling radiologists to collaborate instantly. To ensure safe data sharing, we implemented OTP-based external viewer access and deployed the scalable solution using Docker and Azure Function Apps for reliable performance.
